A patterned wide-calf welly with a closer fit through the foot — ideal for lower insteps.
These tall wellies have the same generous, expandable calf fit as our other tall boots. However, they are slimmer over the top of the foot and feel firmer when pulling on.
They’re best suited to customers with a lower instep or who prefer a closer fit through the foot. If you usually wear very thick socks or have a high instep, these may feel tight.
Do they fit wide calves? Yes — the expandable gusset allows room through the calf, just like our other tall wellies.
Why are these discounted? These are end-of-line sizes (UK 4 & 5). The fit is slightly firmer through the foot, so we’ve priced them accordingly.
Should I size up? If you’re between sizes or like thick socks, sizing up may help. If you have a high instep, we’d recommend choosing a different tall style.
